Painting Services
Spray or Dip
In addition to offering painting as a service for our fabricated items, we also provide the same, in-house service on a stand-alone basis for both commercial and retail customers. This service is limited to non-automotive applications. Quantities painted can range from one to hundreds, depending on your requirements.
Facilities include a 60 station automated paint conveyor for smaller sized production spray quantities.
Surface preparation services include phosphatising and de-greasing. Abrasive surface preparation, including rust removal, is offered on a limited, quoted basis.
Paint and primer types utilized include enamel, lacquer, catalyzed epoxy, and latex, both water and solvent based. Standard colors include black, red, yellow, and blue. Other colors are available on request.
Size limitations for spraying are 50" x 50" x 78".
Dip tank size - 2'0" x 10'0".
