NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT: SPK-CVH
Gaterman Mfg. Co., Inc. is pleased to announce the immediate availability of the SPK-CNH spacer kit for the popular 8B crop lifter. This spacer kit contains a specially designed spacer and the required hardware to allow the use of the 4B, 4H, 8A, and 8B crop lifters on the following cutterbar platforms while utilizing the factory poly skid shoes:
MacDon® headers to fit 973, D50, D60, D65, FD70, FD75, CA25, FD1, D1, FM100.
Case IH® headers to fit 2152, 2052, 2142, 2162, 2062
New Holland® headers to fit 82C, 83C, 84C, 86C.
When mounting the 4B and 4H crop lifter, the factory, shouldered sickle guard mounting bolt and nut are replaced with the SP-CNH spacer using the fasteners supplied with the crop lifter. For for the 8A and 8B, the SP-CNH spacer and the fasteners included in the kit must be used.
New 4H crop lifters are shipped with the SP-CNH spacer included in the existing installation kit. For the other applications, the SPK-CNH spacer kit is sold separately.

For 2016, the crop lifter product line offered by Gaterman Mfg. Co., Inc. is getting a makeover. Our time-tested crop lifter of choice will feature the following improvements for 2016:

For 2016, the crop lifter product line offered by Gaterman Mfg. Co., Inc. is getting a makeover. Our time-tested crop lifter of choice will feature the following improvements for 2016:
- The 8A, 8B, 4H, and 4B crop lifters will be individually boxed in UPC barcoded, suitable for shipping, corrugated packaging. This will make the crop lifters easier to protect, store, and ship.
- All individually packaged crop lifters will be bulk shipped from the factory in UPS-friendly master carton quantities of 18 for the 8A and 8B, and 15 for the 4H and 4B. Smaller quantities will be bulk packaged based on the amount ordered.
- The 8A, 8B, 4H, 4S, and 4B crop lifters will feature upgraded, high strength steel plated fasteners. These fasteners will be included in an installation kit for ease of assembly in the field. No more painted fasteners.
- All Gaterman crop lifters will include individually tailored instruction sheets for each crop lifter. The instructions will also be available on our website, www.gaterman.com. No more hunting for generic instructions.
